Meet the Master Behind the Meats

Mr. Ho, the founder of The Butcher's Table

The legend began with Mr. Ho Kim Loon, a true master butcher whose hands have deboned more than 200kg of meat daily and whose wisdom crafted perfect sausages, hams and bacon back in the day. Trained in traditional European techniques, Mr. Ho first blessed Bangsar with “Mr Ho’s Fine Foods” in the early ‘90s. Fast forward to 2017 and The Butcher’s Table was born, carrying forward that rich legacy.

Today, the torch is proudly carried by his children, Ken and Tiffany, who are carving out their own path while staying fiercely loyal to their dad’s ethos: quality over shortcuts, family over scale and handmade goodness, always. As Mr. Ho himself puts it, “Every new location is thoughtfully built to feel like an extension of our home.”
