Ferretti Group To Showcase Its Masterpieces at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2022.

The beautiful waters at the annual Cannes Yachting Festival is no stranger to the lush and magnificent yachts from around the globe. This year, the prestigious international yachting event sets the stage yet again from September 6 to 11 for thousands of yachts to sail in and out of the Vieux Port de Cannes & Port Canto harbours for prospective buyers and enthusiasts to fancy.

Amongst the line up, Ferretti Group will be premiering 5 new models from across three of their acclaimed brands at the heart of the French Riviera.

The Ferrari Yachts 860 is an embodiment of the simple principles of comfort, outstanding performance, optimisation of space, and generally, a strong focus on well-being for its leisuring voyagers. This eye-catching flybridge yacht created by the Cattolica-based Shipyard draws on cutting-edge design and technological innovations, paired with stylistic and architectural elegance aimed at creating a symphony of unmatched peace and serenity on the ocean.

The exteriors, developed by revered architect Filippo Salvetti, notably feature floor-to-ceiling windows and glass fashion plates, punctuating a sleek, powerful silhouette that deeply defines the yacht’s contours. The huge opening windows on both hull sides is an evolutionary stylistic feature that creates a sense of continuity from the exterior into the interior, pushing forward the concepts of feeling ‘right at home’ and comfort on the waters, synergised with a fresh and contemporary aesthetic.

The interior design is dominated by harmonious, flowing lines set off by several distinctive accents, with a stand-out helical staircase connecting the main deck to the lower deck, complementing the entire layout as it develops around it. This perfect synthesis of sophisticated yet understated design fabricates a refined canvas that offers her owner the versatility to design their own onboard experience however they see fit.

The latest Custom Line 140′ superyacht project measures at a stunning 42.15 metres in overall length with a maximum beam height of 8.57 metres, standing as the largest yacht built by Custom Line. Set to become the brand’s flagship yacht, this superb masterpiece embraces the ‘Made in Italy’ ingenuity and savoir-flair to create a naval design inspired by residential architecture fused with a profound sporty aesthetic.

The vast displacement hull employs light-weight technology and hybrid materials, designed for high-speed displacement to enable this enormous yacht to reach a top speed of 21.5 knots. The exteriors share the same sleek, powerful contours that promote a sporty uplifting fashion, drawn with taught lines sweeping from bow to stern in an exciting alteration of accents that complements the light-coloured structural surfaces and dark plate glass.

This superyacht features three spacious decks, with guest and service areas clearly segregated. The main deck is a spacious 30 sq metre lounge, housing a beautiful wide body owner’s cabin of an additional 30 sq metre of space. The sky lounge with forward-to-aft- glazing sits on the upper deck, and is fitted with a 18 sq metre bridge with an integrated Teamitalia dashboard. The three VIP and one guest cabin with twin beds is located at the lower deck, along with a crew area that accommodates up to seven people in three double ensuite cabins.

The Riva 102′ Corsaro Super is yet another stunningly beautiful flybridge yacht, with added dimensions to dominate the sea in splendour. She offers 100 sq metres of open-air spaces, accompanied by over 140 sq metres of magnificent glazing and glass surfaces that seamlessly unveils the glorious sights of the ocean from the interior.

A prominent feature of this Riva’s flybridge superyacht is the completely redesigned stern area on the main deck. The entire space is configured as an extended 35 sq metre beach club dedicated to conviviality and comfort. Canaletto walnut pervades throughout the interiors, painting a warm tone set off by the satin feel of titanium ceilings, elegantly paired with the presence of glass surfaces and cool colours to create a sense of contemporary, domestic comfort.

As you may gather from its name, the Riva Anniversario is a tribute to the brand’s 180th anniversary, marking as an homage to the milestones achieved through passion and determination, celebrating 180 years since the brand came to life in Sarnico in 1842. This 33-foot open is a limited edition of 18 units, with a design that is a eulogy of the Aquariva’s classic silhouette, expressed with clean lines and balanced volume with stylistic details that are reminiscent of the Aquarama’s refined elegance.

The Riva 76′ Bahamas Super is the second convertible yacht to have ever been built, drawing a perfect balance of style and innovative technology, redefining a new space and comfort without compromising the original spirit embodied by the model. The aerodynamic profile of the Shark Grey hull flushes in black accents, with glazed surfaces to accentuate the chrome plated Riva logo, coating this yacht with an unpretentiously luxurious feel and outlook. The interior reflects a Mediterranean style imbued with dark and light colour contrasts to imprint the emblematic Riva style.

The whimsical and vibrant habours at Cannes is a sight to behold in itself. And with Ferretti Group’s lineup of their exclusively majestic yachts, they’ll certainly elevate the scenery at the French Riviera with a touch of style and elegance.
