Today, Aston Martin, an iconic British automotive brand set another new milestone for itself by launching its luxury residential project in collaboration with global property developer G&G Business Developments. The ground breaking ceremony was held at the chosen development plot at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami, one year on from the announcement of the exclusive partnership.

The construction of the 66-story luxury condominium tower is set for completion in 2021 and it is also the first condominium tower to break ground in Downtown Miami this year. Besides that, the striking building of curvilinear glass and steel is set to rise on one of the last parcels of available land on the Downtown Miami waterfront, which further enhances its uniqueness and exclusivity. This gives future owners of an Aston Martin Residence unit the chance to have a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
