Grown across the diverse landscapes of Sabah, Sarawak and Pahang, Malaysian cacao carries a unique sense of place and craftsmanship. This upcoming event brings these distinct origins into sharp focus, transforming the ingredient through contemporary pastry, thoughtfully curated wines and signature cocktails.
Guided by Executive Pastry Chef Holger Deh and the skilled culinary team at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, the evening unfolds across five carefully paced stages: Aroma, Discovery, Terroir, Dialogue, and Signature. Each chapter of the menu reveals a different dimension of the cacao bean, inviting guests to experience an evolution of texture, scent and taste.
Rather than serving as mere accompaniments, the beverage pairings are woven directly into the narrative.
