The 2026 Singapore Yachting Festival has officially transformed the docks of ONEº15 Marina Sentosa Cove into a vibrant centre for the maritime world, and at the heart of this year’s excitement is Gulf Craft. This year feels like a true milestone for the shipbuilder, as the opening day was marked by a historic first: the presentation of the group’s full brand portfolio, Majesty, Nomad, Oryx, and SilverCat, all together on Asian soil. It is a bold display of variety and craft, signalling a deep commitment to a region that is increasingly becoming a global hub for the yachting lifestyle.
The presence at the festival is expansive, designed to be both a showcase and a sanctuary for enthusiasts. Visitors are greeted by a dedicated Gulf Craft Pavilion at Stand BB12-14, providing a sophisticated space to dive into the technical details and design philosophies that define the four distinct brands. But the real allure lies on the water at berths 14-15. Guided by regional dealer MAG Subsea, guests can step aboard the Nomad 101 and the Majesty 62 to experience the brand’s vision firsthand. These vessels are masterfully engineered for “extended onboard living,” with a specific focus on the unique tropical cruising conditions of Southeast Asia, prioritising breezy, open layouts and long-range comfort that makes the ocean feel like a second home.
Building a Local Legacy
Beyond the gleaming hulls and luxury interiors, the festival served as the stage for a significant shift in the brand’s regional infrastructure. Gulf Craft officially announced the appointment of Asia Yachting as the dedicated dealer for Majesty yachts in Hong Kong and the Philippines. This move is about ensuring that the Majesty experience is backed by localised expertise and seamless support in every corner of the continent.
CEO Erwin Bamps highlighted that this new collaboration further knits together an already impressive network spanning Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. Supported by long-standing partners like Thailand-based Derani Yachts, Gulf Craft is successfully creating a “home court advantage” across Asia. By placing experts in key yachting hubs, the group ensures that owners receive the proximity and consistent service necessary to enjoy their time on the water without compromise.
Award-Winning Momentum
The atmosphere at Sentosa Cove is undoubtedly celebratory, bolstered by the fact that Gulf Craft arrived at the festival fresh off a major victory. On the evening of April 22, at the Yacht Style Awards, the group was honoured as the “Best Builder in Asia.” This accolade is a powerful validation of the brand’s journey and its reputation as a trusted partner for Asian owners. It reflects a deep understanding of what luxury means in this part of the world. A blend of rugged reliability and refined elegance.
As the festival continues through April 26, the Gulf Craft team and regional representatives remain on the ground to connect with the community, share insights and walk guests through the nuances of their latest leisure craft. For anyone following the evolution of the maritime industry, the display at Sentosa Cove is a clear indication that Gulf Craft is helping to lead its future.
