Held under the inspiring theme “Defined by Excellence,” the 13th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia with iProperty, presented by Lim Soh & Goonting Advocates & Solicitors, honoured the developers, projects and leaders raising the bar across 62 categories.

Taking home the evening’s highest honour, Timber Land Group claimed the coveted Best Developer award for the first time, alongside Best Developer recognition, while Tanah Sutera took home the titles for Best Developer (Southern Malaysia) and Best Landed Homes Developer.

A standout star of the night was JLand Group, named Best Township Developer. Accumulating the highest number of awards of any company, JLand Group captured accolades across developer, development, and design categories for transformative projects such as Arena Larkin, Bandar Tiram, and Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC).

From Northern to Southern Malaysia, innovative design elements were front and centre. Leisure Farm Resort by Mulpha International captured the hearts of homebuyers, winning Most In-Demand Bungalow/Villa alongside Best Resort-Style Township Development. Projects such as bée by Faire Development stood out in multiple categories for thoughtful landed architecture and landscape design, while CTC Skyone @ Bukit Chagar was recognised for its striking high-rise design.

The Voice of the People & Lasting Quality

What makes a property truly special is the trust of the people who call it home. Over 15,000 votes were cast in this year’s People’s Choice Awards, honouring 10 admired developers: Berinda Group, Coronade Properties Sdn Bhd, CPI Land, Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd, JLand Group, KEB Berhad, Matrix Concepts, Pinnacle Group, Tropicana Corporation Berhad, and UEM Sunrise Berhad.

Sustained performance was also celebrated through the Consistency Excellence Awards, acknowledging companies with multi-year winning streaks. Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd earned the 4-Year Consistency Excellence Award, alongside eight top firms honoured in the 3-year category. In addition, IIB Experience Centre (IIBEX) by Iskandar Investment Berhad took home the inaugural Real Estate Ecosystem Catalyst Award.

Rigorous Judging with an Eye on the Future

To ensure the highest standards, winners of the competitive categories were carefully evaluated during Live Judging Days (30 June to 2 July 2026) at Amari Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Led by Panel Chair Datuk Ar. Ezumi Harzani Ismail (Past President of PAM) and supervised independently by HLB Ler Lum Chew, a panel of leaders from Malaysia’s premier professional bodies assessed each entry for design discipline, contextual harmony, and authentic sustainability.

As regional celebrations draw to a close, Malaysia’s finest now look forward to the international stage: the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, taking place on 11 December 2026 at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, where national champions will compete for the ultimate title of Best in Asia.
