The story of Fittie Sense began in 2017, sparked by a shared passion between Chef-Founder Victor Yap and Co-Founder Su Mei Lim. What started as personal meals shared between two friends blossomed into a culinary partnership rooted in balance. Victor, an F&B veteran with over 14 years of experience, leads the kitchen with a flavour-first philosophy, creating globally inspired dishes and celebrated gluten-free desserts. Su Mei, a certified yoga instructor with a background in law, shapes the brand’s warm visual identity and community-led vision.

When the duo first launched Fittie Sense, Kuala Lumpur’s healthy food scene was dominated by grab-and-go meal prep. Victor and Su Mei wanted to create something different: a genuine, sit-down dining experience where guests could slow down, celebrate, and enjoy a proper meal without compromising on health.

We’ve always believed that flavour comes first. If a dish doesn’t excite you, it doesn’t matter how nutritious it is. The new chapter reflects our evolution, where wellness and indulgence are no longer separate ideas, but one seamless experience.
