Guests can look forward to innovative pairings that balance deep cacao profiles with local and unexpected ingredients. Highlights include the Holger Deh 71% accented with earthy Sobacha (buckwheat tea) and fragrant Penang Vanilla, the vibrant and refreshing Jivara 40% Banana & Lime Choux, and a decadent Guanaja 70% Calamansi Olive Oil Vegan Cake that marries citrus brightness with deep cocoa notes. Adding to the sense of occasion, a dedicated Valrhona Chocolate Dessert Trolley is wheeled tableside, offering a delightful element of discovery and personalised service.
