Highlights include the Holger Deh 71% accented with earthy Sobacha (buckwheat tea) and fragrant Penang Vanilla, the vibrant and refreshing Jivara 40% Banana & Lime Choux, and a decadent Guanaja 70% Calamansi Olive Oil Vegan Cake that marries citrus brightness with deep cocoa notes.
