Two iconic brand names, combining the high-octane thrill of motorsports with the boundless imagination of LEGO play. You might think they’re worlds apart, but these two brands are actually more similar than you’d think, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation in their own unique ways. That’s why they make such a perfect fit!

So, what exactly is the LEGO® Ferrari Build & Race attraction? It’s located in the IMAGINATION Zone of LEGOLAND, and trust us, it certainly puts your creativity to the fullest test.

The best part about this attraction is that it is suitable for all ages and all sorts of demographics. Whether you’re a dedicated LEGO enthusiast (adult or child) or a die-hard Ferrari fan, this attraction has something for everyone.

And here’s a massive bonus! We all know how hot the Malaysian weather can get, especially when you’re dashing between outdoor theme park attractions. But, thankfully, the entire LEGO® Ferrari Build & Race attraction is indoors and air-conditioned! Think of it as a much-needed, blissfully cool break from the sun — you can relax and play for hours in complete comfort.

Five Zones of Adrenaline and Imagination!

The attraction is made up of five interactive zones designed to take you on a journey from inspiration to the finish line.

1. The Ferrari Garage

As you step in, the first zone greeting you is the Ferrari Garage. This zone is indeed rather intriguing. Guests can explore and learn about iconic Ferrari memorabilia and fun facts. But, of course, the showstopper — the absolute centrepiece of the entire attraction — is the world’s first life-sized LEGO® Ferrari F50.

Fun fact alert! This masterpiece was built from a staggering 421,652 LEGO elements, weighs in at 1,603 kilograms, and took a dedicated team 1,306 hours to assemble! The build is not just for show either, because guests can even sit in it, take pictures, and hear its engine roar.

2. The Build Zone

Next, we enter the Build Zone. Pro tip: be ready to spend some amount of time here! This is where you unleash all your creativity. Take your time designing and assembling your very own little LEGO Ferrari. And remember, don’t rush! Perfection takes time!

3. The Test Zone

After spending so much time carefully building your LEGO Ferrari, it’s time to take it to the test. In the Test Zone, you’ll put your small car to the ultimate challenge across three different tracks: Speed, Steering, and Tune tests. Each track is cleverly designed to challenge your car’s raw power, precision, and all-around performance.

4. The Virtual Race Zone

In our personal opinion, this is one of the most exciting zones! The Virtual Race Zone is where the magic of technology meets your brick-built creation. You can scan your car that you built earlier and convert it into a virtual form. Then, you get to race it on a digital track! What makes this even cooler? The track is a virtual replica of Ferrari’s famous testing ground: the Pista di Fiorano. Race against your friends (or just someone you met five minutes ago!) and fight for the winning title. See whose car design is truly the best!

5. The DUPLO® Build Area

Finally, a special corner for the tiniest builders! The DUPLO® Build Area offers the youngest guests a chance to get hands-on with larger DUPLO bricks for safe, toddler-friendly fun.
