The festivities begin at Cacao Mixology & Chocolate, hosting a one-night-only guest shift with Cosmo Pony. Making a highly anticipated Kuala Lumpur debut, the acclaimed Jakarta bar, ranked No.38 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025, brings signature craft and creative storytelling to the counter.
Continuing the mixology spotlight, Backdoor Bodega, the celebrated speakeasy from George Town and the first Penang bar honoured on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, brings a contemporary interpretation of Malaysian heritage, indigenous ingredients and regional flavours to the anniversary lineup.

At Merdeka Grill, the vibrant culinary traditions of South America come alive with the arrival of Chef Franco Canzano from Bistro M at Park Hyatt Mendoza.
