Priced at MYR168 nett per set, the afternoon tea is a testament to the hotel’s commitment to social responsibility. From every set sold, PARKROYAL COLLECTION KL will donate MYR10 to the Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA). These proceeds are instrumental in funding the association’s ongoing initiatives to increase awareness, provide support, and extend care to individuals and families facing the disease. Available daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Pink Serenity Afternoon Tea is a visual and gastronomic delight. Executive Pastry Chef Shahrudin Hassan has carefully crafted a menu that is a true celebration of all things pink. The tiered platter is adorned with dainty, pink-hued sweet confections and savoury bites, each thoughtfully prepared to reflect the theme of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The savoury selection includes elegant creations such as Home-cured Atlantic salmon with salmon roe, Ebi prawn tartar with cucumber, caviar and a unique True omega egg and beetroot brioche. On the sweet side, the menu is a symphony of delicate flavours and textures, featuring a creamy Rose water cheesecake, a light and refreshing Vanilla strawberry Eton Mess and a velvety Raspberry rose pannacotta. Other sweet treats include Mini glazed doughnuts, a whimsical Mini valved cupcake, a shimmering Raspberry ball rose jelly and a captivating Pink Globe. The experience is perfected with warm Cranberry and Walnut raisin scones, served with jam and whipping cream, and a choice of two beverages from a selection of cappuccino, latte and various teas.
