The menu opens with two starter courses crafted for comfort and contrast:
Roasted Pumpkin Soup: Rich, velvety, and served alongside aromatic Garlic Herb Focaccia for dipping.
Prawn & Avocado Toast: A lighter, texturally vibrant bite featuring fresh prawns and smooth avocado on a crispy croissant crostini, finished with a bright pop of cranberry gel.

Guests can choose one highlight from three thoughtfully crafted mains:
Grilled MB8 Wagyu Striploin (160g): Perfectly seared wagyu paired with luxurious Truffle-Infused Potato Mousseline, sweet vine tomatoes, and charred Brussels sprouts.
Sous Vide Cod & Tiger Prawn Roulade: Delicately cooked seafood served atop creamy risotto, jumbo asparagus, and a bold roasted red pepper coulis.
Lamb Tomahawk: A robust option rich in spiced depth, served over earthy beetroot hummus.
