For the upcoming festive season, their theme is A Burgundy & Bright Christmas, and they’re inviting everyone to indulge in a truly hearty Christmas buffet at their fantastic all-day dining restaurant, The Living Room.
We at The Grid Asia have been given the lovely opportunity to preview the spread, and trust us, guests will be utterly spoiled for choice!
Seafood, Roasts, and More!
To kick off your epicurean adventure, make a beeline for the appetisers and cold cuts section. You’ll find tempting options like Home-Cured Beetroot Salmon Gravlax alongside a wonderful selection of Cold Cuts and Classic Terrine options — including Pâté en Croûte, Dodine de Canard with Pistachio, and a vibrant Rainbow Vegetable Terrine.
The buffet offers a generous seafood selection as well (absolutely perfect for the seafood lovers out there). They feature an array of fresh catches for an indulgent feast, including Flower Crabs, Slipper Lobsters, Black Mussels, Prawns, Sar Pak Clams, and even Gratin of Oysters.
Now, for the true highlight of any grand festive buffet: the carvings and roasts. The carving station is a showstopper, with festive centrepieces like Orange Glazed Roasted Turkey, Spiced Crusted Roasted Lamb Leg, Slow-Roasted Barbeque Prime Ribs, and the Roasted Turducken Roulade that can make anyone’s mouths drool. Seeing the meats get carved right at the station before being served onto your plate is surely part of the experience, instantly ramping up the anticipation — and your appetite!
And what’s a roast without the trimmings? Alongside these delightful meat options, you’ll find delectable sides such as Caramelised Vegetables, Cranberry Chestnut Stuffing, light and fluffy Yorkshire Pudding, Herb Roasted Potato, Roasted Provençal Vegetables, Brussel Sprouts, and Glazed Carrots. Don’t forget to douse them in a selection of sauces like Mushroom Sauce, Cranberry Sauce, Natural Jus, Dill Cream Sauce, English Mustard, and Horseradish Sauce.

If you’re craving a healthier, lighter option, opt for the salad station! You can pick your own freshly harvested hydroponic greens like Mesclun and Wild Rocket, then assemble your masterpiece. Don’t forget to visit the Parmesan Wheel to toss your very own Caesar Salad — plus there are plenty of dressings like Lemon Vinaigrette to choose from!
And don’t skip the curated cheese board either, featuring favourites like English Cheddar, Brie Cheese, and Gouda, perfectly paired with crackers and grapes.
There’s also the Artisan Bakery, delivering fresh delights like Brioche Rolls and Pesto Focaccia, alongside classic Christmas must-haves: Stollen, Panettone, and, naturally, a cheeky Gingerbread Man. And speaking of treats, there’s a magnificent spread of Yuletide desserts and glorious Yule logs waiting to satisfy your sweet tooth! As the saying goes, “There’s always room for dessert!”
And for a little theatrical flair, look out for the special Gueridon Cart! It’ll be rolling around during the Christmas buffet, presenting The Living Room’s special Salmon Chaud Froid with a Sweet Mustard Dressing.
To ensure the atmosphere remains festive and cheerful, the dining session is accompanied by enchanting yuletide melodies with a special live band performance.
