The nation’s finest real estate was celebrated at The 12th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty, where experts, market data and consumer insights converged to distinguish excellence across 73 categories. The black-tie gala, held at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, crowned a new set of champions in development, design and sustainability.
JLand Group Sweeps Major Honours
The night’s most decorated winner was the JLand Group, which secured the prestigious Best Developer title for the first time. The company’s success spanned across regional and specialised categories, also winning Best Developer (Southern Malaysia) and Best Industrial Developer.

Excellence was acknowledged nationwide, with regional titles going to CPI Land (Best Developer (Central Malaysia)) and Interhill Group (Best Developer (East Malaysia)).

Consumers Steer New Data-Driven Awards
Marking a key evolution in the awards, a new consumer-centric segment was introduced, demonstrating the influence of property seekers.
The inaugural Consumer Demand Awards were presented based purely on the preferences of Malaysians actively searching on PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my. Winners of this data-driven award included projects like City Square Office Tower (Berinda Group) and The Exchange 106 (Mulia Property Development Sdn Bhd).
Additionally, the returning People’s Choice Awards – voted for by the public – recognised ten developers as the most trusted and preferred, including Berinda Group, CPI Land and Tropicana Corporation Berhad.

The winners, selected by an independent judging panel of industry experts, will now advance to the international stage. Twenty-three winners from Malaysia are set to compete for the Best in Asia titles at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok in December 2025.
