In 2025, the festival returns for its 25th year, marking a grand quarter-century of its culinary excellence. This year, from 22 to 28 September 2025, the festival is truly raising the bar, promising more flavour, flair, and fire than ever before. They’re bringing in some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs, including luminaries from the prestigious World’s 50 Best list. The current lineup alone holds a staggering seven Michelin stars! This is the place to discover chefs from three of The World’s 50 Best restaurants and two from Asia’s 50 Best. Plus, they also have both Asia’s and the World’s Best Pastry Chefs in their roster – which is perfect for those who are always craving for a sweet treat.
For this year especially, the festival is truly stepping it up from 2024, promising bolder menus, even more diverse cuisines, and deeper storytelling from these incredible culinary maestros. This year’s chef lineup brings together some of the world’s most exciting dining destinations. Each chef presents their own unique voice, vision, and cultural heritage with their cuisine. What’s more, many of these culinary masters are booked solid months in advance, making this festival a rare and exclusive opportunity to experience their extraordinary flavours firsthand!
Eric Vildgaard (Jordnær, Denmark)
Making his highly anticipated Thailand debut, Eric Vildgaard is set to infuse Bangkok with the Nordic soul of Jordnær. Holder of three Michelin stars and ranked #56 on the World’s 50 Best, his cuisine showcases both precision and passion. Prepare for an exquisite journey of delicate flavours drawn from both land and sea, deeply rooted in emotion and nature.
