Lamborghini has always shared an undeniable cultural connection with the chromatic flair of Miami Beach, ever since the Countach blazed its V12 power across the screens of Miami Vice with that show’s more interesting characters at its wheel; echoed by the era’s heady shades of pop music, sun & neon fueled excess. Together with Orlebar Brown, it has now unveiled the next collaborative collection celebrating that vibrantly bold spirit shared by both brands. Taking equal inspiration from the Revuelto’s visceral power, the collection melds high-performance supercar heritage with contemporary style in a truly unforgettable manner.

As much a collective homage to Sant’Agata Bolognese’s iconic design legacy as a fashion statement for sunny days at the beach, international photographer Riocam has fittingly captured its spirit alongside both the legendary Countach symbolizing radically groundbreaking design and innovation, along with the Revuelto which pioneered the marque’s high performance hybrid journey while establishing new standards of sportiness, performance & driving pleasure just as its iconic forebears have always done.

Beautifully formed from finely tactile Italian silk, linen and towelling fabric, the beach collection comprises shirts, shorts, swim shorts & accompanying accessories. Their overall silhouettes are defined by the same angular visual forms that have always characterized Lamborghini’s most iconic supercars; while fine jacquard and embroidery details are executed with the sort of precise tailoring and finessed engineering for which both brands have become renowned, especially among their most passionate adherents.

Their colour palette looks to have been lifted straight from the most eye-popping unique shades with which Lamborghinis likely dazzled the real life South Beach in a mesmerizing sea of artsy eye-candy during those eras too, spiced up with Miami’s lively, electrifying energy; from Blu Cepheus & Verde Selvans to the more classically balanced tones of Blu Okeanus and Bianco across the collection.

To paraphrase Orlebar Brown founder Adam Brown, the collection is “a love letter to individuality & unfiltered joy… capturing that feeling of a perfect Miami morning with your engine purring, shirt open to the breeze, sun hitting metal & water at the same time.”

Indeed those who like their beachwear to look as good as their four-wheeled Raging Bulls will do well to consider adding the collection’s silk resort shirts, bright blue or green swim shorts with signature hexagonal prints, rashguards, and newly designed beach bags with matching towels to their personal wardrobes.
