This special 4-course dinner menu features different cuts of this incredible beef. More specifically, the beef used is called Diamantina beef, which is a premium brand under the Stanbroke company. This beef offers melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and amazing flavour — the kind of beef with exceptional marbling and quality. Plus, you can feel good about every bite, knowing the beef (and every ingredient used in the meal) comes from sustainable farming practices. It’s a true farm-to-fork experience, and when you take that first bite, you’ll literally be able to picture the whole journey — from the farm, to the harvest, the preparation and cooking, up until the bite of food ends up on your fork.
To make things even better, guests can even opt for a wine pairing to go with their dinner.
