This carefully curated programme invites guests to explore their personal path to physical resilience, vitality, and longevity. It includes strength training, functional fitness, yoga, immersive sound healing, breathwork, and empowering wellness discussions. Meet The World-Class Wellness Visionaries

This programme brings together two incredible women who are truly trailblazers in the world of wellness.

Natalie Dau, a Guinness World Record-holding ultra-marathoner and motivational speaker, is returning to Chiva-Som for her third visit! Natalie is passionate about helping and inspiring women around the world to reclaim their strength through movement. She guides women, especially those over 40, through power-charged strength training, functional fitness workshops, and more, empowering them on their evolving wellness journeys. As an ultra-marathoner, mum, and businesswoman, Natalie deeply understands the physical and mental challenges women face as they mature.

Making her debut at Chiva-Som Hua Hin is Dawn Sim. With over two decades of experience, Dawn is an incredibly experienced yoga practitioner, sound healer, and breathwork coach. She specialises in helping with emotional well-being and integrative healing. Her sessions are designed to boost mental clarity, emotional balance, and self-awareness, creating a space for deep relaxation. Dawn, with her extensive healing work, has guided thousands of women towards emotional resilience and self-awareness.

What’s really fascinating about this programme is its dedicated focus on women’s health, particularly through life transitions like perimenopause and menopause. Natalie and Dawn’s combined expertise means every session, every movement, and every breath is designed to help women leave feeling empowered and educated — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

To top it all off, Natalie and Dawn will also be leading a joint panel with Chiva-Som’s naturopath, Patience Sangwa.     Discover how conscious breathing can positively affect your nervous system and emotional well-being. Combined with a soothing sound bath, this session helps guide the body into deep relaxation for optimal recovery. No experience needed!

27th August

  • Functional Fitness for Longevity – 10:00 | by Natalie Dau
    Using simple baseline fitness tests, this class identifies areas of focus to help you stay strong and active as you age. It’s a practical and energising session for all ages and fitness levels.
  • Self-care for Emotional and Mental Health (Discussion) – 14:00 | by Dawn Sim
    Drawing from her experience as a mother of four, business owner, and wellness consultant, Dawn shares personal insights and practical self-care advice for maintaining mental and emotional balance in everyday life.
  • Journaling and Sound Bath – 17:00 | by Dawn Sim
