151.6 Feet Of Dutch Boating Luxury

At a substantial 151.6 feet, LADY MAY is a modern, state-of-the art yacht entering the sales market as one of the most innovative superyachts in this sector, boasting an unprecedented use of glass panels all the way around the yacht and a rotating floor in the main lounge. Custom built for entrepreneur/yachting connoisseur Neville Crichton and launched as Como back in 2015, the outstanding head-turner was a multi-award winner in the architecture, exterior and interior design categories at the 2015 Superyacht Awards. Since sold and renamed as ‘Lady May’, she has been coveted by many for her traits as a rare,award-winning yacht.

Throughout Lady May, themes of light and line height are reflected, with white marble, bleached oak, stainless steel trim, and Macassar ebony cabinets creating a monochromatic and calming interior. A maximum ceiling height and nearly full-height saloon windows allow for plenty of natural light throughout the interior, and the cleverly designed rotating sofa in the main salon provides guests with 360 degree views. The potential for outside views reaches its apex in the owner’s suite, where glass wraps the superstructure around the front, and each of the four guest suites have one over-sized window affording outstanding views.

Currently for sale through Burgess, Lady May is no doubt a sophisticated yacht designed specifically for entertaining. Built in 2014 by world-renowned Dutch shipyard Feadship, with an aluminum exterior painted a dazzling silver to reflect light off the sea, and wrap-around teak decks providing multiple lounge areas for prime relaxation, the builders also debuted a number of revolutionary features that have since continued onto other custom projects. On the main deck, cutting-edge glass technology allows a weather enclosure that can be removed at the touch of a button to provide an open-air environment to comfortably entertain up to 50 people, and heated or cooled air options throughout the decks allow all-season outdoor living in all climates. Additional entertaining spaces include a spacious rear deck with a magnificent bar extending from within the main inner salon, and an impressive sundeck that can be converted to semi-enclosed.
