Benetti has successfully delivered the M/Y Iryna, the first ship in the B.Now 67M yacht series with the Oasis Deck. Initially set out to be a platform basis for the line’s other vessels, it has been triumphantly transformed into a tailor-made superyacht thanks to both a base design that incorporates plenty of scope for customization, and an ideal environment fostered by the owner’s representative Arcon Yachts to accommodate their requirements. Completed in under three years, she was handed over at Benetti’s Livorno Shipyard to her owner, who remains a long-time client and admirer of Benetti thanks to their demonstrably proven ability to deliver well executed custom projects.

UK-based RWD is responsible for both M/Y Iryna’s boldly dynamic exterior styling along with the B.Now line’s aesthetic character as a whole, while Benetti worked closely with Arcon to conceive this particular yacht’s interior design. Adding to her acclaim, Lloyd’s Register has officially certified M/Y Iryna as an important point of excellence in the Benetti line-up, as well as “the first unit in the revolutionary B.Now 67M  series with Oasis Deck.”

Featuring a steel superstructure, the superyacht is notable for her multiple customisations, particularly the highly personalised hull colour made up of three different shades of grey conceived especially for her. Up to 70% of her overall vertical surface area is covered by extensive, largely curved glazing that floods ample natural light into her indoor spaces, designed by Benetti’s Interior Design Department led by Benetti Style Manager Mariorosa Remedi.

Boasting six decks in total, from her top Observation Deck down to the Under Lower Deck, M/Y Iryna is extremely  spacious both outdoors with around 500 square metres of usable space, and indoors with the 65-square-metre Main Salon and a full-beam upper Deck owner’s suite, which was facilitated by moving the wheelhouse and captain’s cabin upwards to the next deck. Two Main Deck VIP and four cabins on the Lower Deck provide comfortable accommodations for up to 15 guests. Other unique variations from the original design include a high number of wellness areas incorporated at the owner’s request, including a main deck gym and sauna in the beach club.

The creative talents of Benetti’s Style Department are showcased in several interior elements that reflect M/Y Iryna’s bespoke character, particularly the four Lower Deck guest cabins’ unique detailing that includes pleated leather produced exclusively for this superyacht, and specially selected fabric colours inspired by the four seasons. A new generation leather tanned using natural materials is used to clad the ceilings, while Benetti’s environmentally conscious choice of materials is seen in the marble-effect ceramic slabs.

M/Y Iryna even features on-board design accessories by Visionnaire, a brand that the owner favors due to their excellent material quality and craftsmanship; characteristics that perfectly compliment Benetti’s mission to imbue each and every one of their yachts with commendably unique aesthetic and sensory experiences.
