Savour the Tostada de Atun, which is made up of mouthwatering deep-fried tortillas topped with salsa macha, fresh cream and a mixture of raw bluefin tuna, avocado and seaweed kimchi.
Take your pick from the appetiser selection at Ojo. Choose from Tetela de Pato and Moles, made of fresh corn tortillas folded into pockets and stuffed with foie gras, duck confit and duck breast meat. Alternatively try an elevated take on popular street food, Crab Quesadillas with chipotle chilli crabs, leeks, hearts of palm and coriander.
For a simple yet mouthwatering salad, Ojo offers Ensalada de la Estaction composed of fresh burrata, tomatillos, heirloom tomatoes, purslane and charred greens.
For a plant-based option, Ojo puts together dishes that are hypnotizing in the best way. Hongos en su Jugo comes with mushroom jus, green onions, coriander and smoked mushrooms with white beans.
