Jimbaran Puri

Jimbaran Puri invites you to a four-course dining experience at Pulo Rempah on the 25th of October 2024 from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. A nod to Indonesia’s rich and diverse spices, dishes at Pulo Rempah are elevated by a collaboration with Indonesian brands under Spice Islands Distilling Co. like East Indies and Nusantara Cold Brew.

Start the evening with a bang together with Sate Kablet, traditional pork loin satay wrapped in minced pork, seasoned with a rich Balinese paste, Suna Cekuh. Pair the dish with a classic Jimbaran Puri Negroni. Get a taste of the sea with Be Awan Sambel Bongkot – minced baby tuna grilled in a banana leaf with fiery garlic and chilli paste. Enjoy this second dish with a refreshing glass of Pomelo Gin and Tonic.

For the main event, guests are served Be Sampi Sere Lemo – tender wagyu beef confit in shrimp paste and kaffir lime oil and paired alongside Jatiluwih red rice, Plecing fern tips and a Balinese Base Gede sauce. A refreshing glass of Archipelago Martini is served to complement the flavours of the dish. To end the night, Pulo Rempah presents a trio of Balinese desserts, including Jaje Laklak, Jaje Cerorot and homemade jackfruit ice cream. Finish off the evening with a glass of Nusantara Old Fashion.
