Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur welcomes a world renowned Two-Michelin Starred Italian Chef, Stefano Baiocco, to aggrandize their Take Over Series. The guest chef from the Grand Hotel Villa Feltrinelli has traversed the world in an endless pursuit of refining his culinary skills, earning him the title of one of the top 100 Chefs in the World to show for it.

Hailing from Ancona Italy, Chef Baiocco has come a long way since his humble beginnings at the Instituto Alberghiero A. Panzini in Senigallia, where shortly after, he discovered his true passion for cooking under the tutelage of Michelin-starred chefs Alain Ducasse and Pierre Gagnaire, culinary giants in their own right.

From this 21st to 27th November 2022, Chef Baiocco will be running the Take-Over Series at the Mandarin Grill for all to indulge in his Degustazione Dinner Menu at the price of RM 698 per person, with a supplementary option of wine pairing for an extra RM 180 per pax. The Dinner menu is set to feature some of the guest chef’s signature dishes that has garnered him the world’s most coveted culinary recognition.

Chef Baiocco has also curated a special a la carte Lunch menu to cater to those who seek a taste of his fine signature cuisines without committing to the Degustazione Menu.
