Kusina Sea Kitchens at Hilton Manila offers an authentic Filipino feast perfect for family gatherings and holiday celebrations. Indulge in a festive spread featuring a variety of filling mains and decadent desserts, all highlighting the festive joy of the season.

Among the highlights is the Noodle Hut Station, which includes a unique twist on the beloved beef mami noodle soup. Additionally, The Smokehaus presents a delectable hamon de bola, a sweet and savoury ham, paired with pineapple sauce, honey-glazed vegetables, and a distinctive wood-smoked flavor.

The Festive Afternoon Tea offers a delightful selection of nine delectable sweets and four savory bites, featuring seasonal ingredients like chocolate, caramel, mandarins, persimmons, and strawberries. Paired with Kyoto’s renowned ogawa coffee, uji tea, and Kyoto black tea, this Festive Afternoon Tea is indeed a holiday delight.

Celebrate the holidays at the Tea Lounge at Conrad Singapore Orchard, highlighted with Singapore’s cultural heritage.

The weekend high tea buffet features an appetising spread of festive favourites, including garlic and herb-roasted turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce, organic Malaysian forest honey-glazed gammon ham, and roasted potatoes with brussels sprouts. For a local twist, Asian-inspired dishes like signature homemade crab and fish otah (spicy fish cake) with coriander, mentaiko sauce, and avruga caviar are also available. An exciting collaboration between Conrad Hangzhou and Rolls-Royce awaits – with a special, limited-edition Christmas-themed afternoon tea. This afternoon tea experience is inspired by the signature “Purple Spirit” Rolls-Royce’s colour, elegantly complemented by silver and black accents, creating an atmosphere of mystery and romance.

The mastermind behind this afternoon tea is Wan Conghua, the executive sous chef of Conrad Hangzhou. The menu blends Rolls-Royce’s iconic design elements with festive Christmas motifs, creating a sophisticated and magical experience.
