The Belvenie Collaborates With Royal Selangor In Bringing Together A Collectors Edition.

Two Maisons with over a century of time-honoured tradition came together in celebrating their shared passion and respect for true craftsmanship. The Belvenie and Royal Selangor unveiled their first ever collaborative collection in the form of an exquisite ultra limited edition collector’s box and a selection of exclusive gift packs over the virtual scape recently for the Malaysian and Singaporean connoisseurs. ‘The Belvenie Handcrafted By’ is the first of The Belvenie’s collaboration in Malaysia, and the aim of the platform is to bring to life the passion for craftsmanship and to celebrate the heart, passion and people behind the different crafts. 

The limited edition collector’s item is only limited to 15 individually numbered sets, with each set comprising of rare and especially fine single malt by The Belvenie. The limited edition collector’s item is a celebration of the coming together of an award-winning Speyside single malt whisky and the world’s foremost name in quality pewter from Malaysia, who are both dedicated in staying true to living their craft having done so for over a century.

Made from high grade walnut wood encased in handcrafted pewter which utilises Royal Selangor’s signature dimple design and hammering technique that requires a great deal of skill and precision, the collector’s box takes up to six days to complete – reflecting the finely tuned attention to detail and skill which defines this collaboration. Available from the day of unveiling, collectors and connoisseurs can choose three signature bottles from The Belvenie expressions, which are 30 years and above with a minimum value purchase of £32,700 to complete their custom limited edition collector’s box. For the gift packs, there is a selection of the rich and luxuriously smooth 12 Year Old DoubleWood, 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask and 17 Year Old DoubleWood single malt that comes together with a delicately handcrafted pewter based whisky glass. The gift packs are available for a limited time, and they truly make thoughtful and exquisite gifts for whisky aficionados and those who appreciates finely crafted collectibles.
