An exciting new entity can be seen in cinemas – namely, the new Volkswagen ID.Buzz GTX makes its fantastical appearance in Venom: The Last Dance. The movie premiered in theatres on 25th October, and both Marvel and car enthusiasts alike would find delight in this interesting collaboration.

The Volkswagen ID. Buzz, which is also the descendant of the iconic VW Bus, is making a comeback to the North American market – now as the ID. Buzz GTX. The ID. Buzz GTX was first announced months ago, and now as it nears its grand launch, the vehicle is establishing its presence in the starstruck scene of Hollywood. The ID. Buzz GTX grandly makes its silver screen debut in the final film of Sony Picture’s hit blockbuster trilogy, Venom, making an excellent impression.

The role of the ID. Buzz GTX in the movie was definitely impressionable. You could say it took on a “super-hero” role of its own. It starts with Eddie Rock and Venom, the main characters, spotting the car in its dashing red colour. Then, as they approach the vehicle, the alien symbiote “venomises” the vehicle, turning it into a stunning deep black colour. Venom bonded with the car, making it into another tool for the main character’s adventures. In the trailer, we see how Venom bonds itself, how the substance of the alien symbiote astoundingly merges itself into the car. The ID. Buzz GTX surely was the perfect addition to the movie.

Additionally, the ID. Buzz GTX not only looks sleek and stylish, but boasts a powerful quality as well – befitting of a superhero movie. The ID. Buzz GTX is the most powerful model in the ID. Buzz series, as well as being the most powerful VW bus ever produced. The ID. Buzz GTX is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100km/h in 6.5 seconds, thanks to its 250kW (340 hp) drive train. Superheroes possess superhuman strength, so it only makes sense that their accompaniments (such as the car) showcase “superhuman”-like abilities as well. Anyone who has the car may also experience what it feels like to be a superhero.

Venom: The Last Dance is the last film in the Venom trilogy, and Tom Hardy – the renowned British actor – returns as Venom. The Venom films have many good reviews, and are overall exciting movies to watch. The final film shows Eddie and Venom on a run, with the help of the additional role of the ID. Buzz GTX to assist them on said run. The film marks yet another achievement in both Marvel and Volkswagen’s history.
