Don’t fret just yet. Because there is a way to enjoy a White Christmas in Malaysia. Resorts World Genting is currently offering a Winter Wonderland experience, complete with artificial snowfall to get the feel of a White Christmas. As they say, fake it till you make it!
The Winter Wonderland is set to go on for 41 days. It started on 22 November 2024, and will last until 1 January 2025. There’s still plenty of time, so be sure to not miss this exciting event!
Visitors can expect a wide range of festive activities and attractions, including meet-and-greets with beloved characters like Santa Claus and Ms. Claus, and the heartwarming sound of Christmas carols performed by choirs filling the air. These festivities are spread out across four areas adorned with stunning Victorian decorations.
Kimhua Atrium
Catch the opportunity to have a Meet & Greet with beloved characters, including Genting’s Highland Heroes, and most importantly, with Santa. Take pictures and commemorate the joyous occasion.
Enjoy delightful Christmas Choir Performances playing the best Christmas tunes, or join in a fun-filled Christmas Dance and bust out your moves.
This Christmas season, The Kimhua Atrium offers a unique immersive experience across three enchanting rooms. The first room is an art gallery showcasing captivating visuals and paintings. The second room transports visitors to a festive world through dynamic audio-visual projections. The third room, a mirror room, is perfect for taking fun photos and capturing magical moments.
Madison Square
The highlight at Madison Square is definitely the Ice Skating Rink, where you can skate away with your loved ones on the icy cold floor. There are also fun Christmas Dancers, silly Clown Buskers and a Christmas Parade to look forward to. Apart from that, the square offers a festive feast as well, including delectable holiday bites such as Grilled Lamb Shoulder and Corn Dog Roll, and warming drinks like Hot Chocolate.
Liberty Lane
At Liberty Lane, you can experience the magic of a White Christmas right here in Malaysia. Catch the enchanting snowfall as artificial snow gently falls from the sky. Be sure to capture this magical moment with your loved ones, phone at the ready, taking a bunch of commemorative pictures and videos. With various sessions throughout the evening, starting from 7:30 PM and lasting 10 minutes each time, visitors can bathe in an artificial winter wonder.

Asteroid Arcade offers a variety of fun activities and delicious food options. Test your skills with exciting Skill Games, perfect for friendly competition. Visitors can also browse through the festive Snowy Treasure Carts for unique gifts and souvenirs. After hours of fun, guests can satisfy their hunger at the Jet Packs kiosk or other food trucks, including delicious churros from Orbits Fried Dough or local delicacies from Muhibah Guys.
Resorts World Genting’s iconic London Bus has been transformed into a nostalgic landmark since 1994, showcasing the resort’s commitment to sustainability. This year, visitors stand a chance to dine on the bus in a vibrant retro diner theme by purchasing any item from Harry Ramsden Kiosk. Don’t miss this opportunity to capture memorable moments and savour delicious food. Limited seats are available, so be sure to show your receipt to the staff for access. Each session is limited to 45 minutes, and this experience is available from 5th December onwards.
