2025 marks a century since 1925.

This is basic math, but it also means one thing to the iconic luxury hotel in France, Le Bristol Paris – which is that it has reached its 100th anniversary since its founding.

For a whole century, Le Bristol Paris has been an icon of Parisian elegance and sophistication. Founded in 1925, it has maintained its timeless allure under the stewardship of the Jammet and Oetker families. 100 years represents a truly remarkable duration, filled with rich history, traditions, and legacy. But for Le Bristol Paris, this milestone marks not an end, but a new chapter. It signifies a renewed commitment to excellence, a fresh era of innovation, and the promise of countless unforgettable experiences to come.

Celebrating the Centenary with Collaborations

In a historic first, renowned candle maker Cire Trudon has crafted an exclusive fragrance for Le Bristol Paris. This bespoke scent embodies the essence of the iconic hotel, weaving together notes of ground wheat, a nod to the hotel’s flour mill, with the fresh green scents of the hotel’s lush garden and the crisp linens of its elegant rooms. Composed of white musk, vetiver, and cedar, this signature fragrance will subtly envelope guests throughout 2025, available as both a luxurious candle and a refreshing room spray.

This 1930s-themed game replaces the classic murder mystery with a delightful search for Socrate, the hotel’s beloved Birman cat. Players explore iconic locations like the Castellane salon and Epicure’s kitchen, using clever bait to lure Socrate back. This playful game promises laughter and shared moments, perfectly embodying the spirit of Le Bristol Paris.

In any celebration, the role of music can never be forgotten. A special vinyl record, adorned with Le Bristol Paris’ signature colours, features a curated selection of jazz tracks spanning the past century. These ten emblematic songs, each representing a unique decade, remind its listeners that every era has its own vibrant energy.

A Hotel, is a Hotel

Though all these other centenary festivities are indeed exciting, the heart of Le Bristol Paris’ celebration lies in the exquisite renovation of its most iconic suites. Under the visionary guidance of Elvira and Narcisa Oetker, the Signature Honeymoon Suite has been reimagined as a haven of contemporary elegance. Perched beneath the rooftops, it offers breathtaking Eiffel Tower views and features a stunning fresco by Dimitri Rybaltchenko, inspired by the timeless myth of Eros and Psyche.

The Imperial Suite, a testament to artistic collaboration, has been transformed in partnership with renowned American painter George Condo. This unique project marks the first time Condo has contributed to the design of a hotel suite. The result is a collector’s apartment, where his vibrant artworks, including custom creations, create an atmosphere of refined artistry. The suite’s harmonious blend of green tones, inspired by the hotel’s private garden, showcases exquisite craftsmanship and exemplifies the pinnacle of decorative arts.
